Muay Thai

So, if you have heard the term Muay Thai for the first time then you should get some information about it here. However, if you used to watch Olympics then you could have information about Muay Thai. Yes, it is a game, which is the part of Olympics. It is not just an ordinary game but it is a fight sport, which when invented was not a sport. When invented it was a fighting skill that Thailand warriors had used in wars to defeat their opponents.
It was a unique fight art using which Thailand warriors had defeated even a large army of opponents while having almost 2/3rd of warriors. With this art, warriors use 8 limbs to do an action against the opponent with the lightning fast speed so that before the opponent could understand the action, he has already been defeated. Every hit done with this art used to be so powerful that had the capability to break body parts in just one stroke.
Today, Muay Thai has been turned into a fight sport and also the national game of Thailand. Though, this sport has been following the same strategy of using 8 limbs and to generate powerful strokes to record a win, it has been limited by several rules when it is being practiced / played in the ring so that the opponent does not get injuries.
Apart from just being a game, Muay Thai has become a prime method for weight loss and gain fitness. Practicing it for 15 minutes to 1 hour a day can do a miracle that cannot be expected by doing gym for multiple-hours a day for years.
