Muay Thai is martial art which was originated in Thailand centuries ago. This is a great sport which has now gained recognition across the globe. It is an international sport being played by champions all over the world. It includes the use of the eight limbs of the human body which include the hands, the feet, the knees and the elbows. Use of these parts has also made Muay Thai known as the art of eight limbs. Previously this sport was only limited to Thailand and had many rules and regulations to be followed. However with the sport going international, there were many young women who started to play the sport professionally and Thailand could not be behind them in any aspects. Apart from the popularity, this sport is also a great way to fitness. It always keeps the aspirant on their toes and helps them to stay fit.
