Muay Thai is martial art which was originated in Thailand centuries ago. This is a great sport which has now gained recognition across the globe. It is an international sport being played by champions all over the world. It includes the use of the eight limbs of the human body which include the hands, the feet, the knees and the elbows. Use of these parts has also made Muay Thai known as the art of eight limbs. Previously this sport was only limited to Thailand and had many rules and regulations to be followed.
